Reproduction of these home plans, either in whole or in part, including any form of copying and/or preparation of derivative works thereof, for any reason without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and subject to statutory damages of up to $150,000 plus attorney fees and loss of profits.

All parties including designers, draftsmen, owners, builders, Realtors, copy shops and blue-printers may be responsible if a copyright is violated. It does not matter if they knew what they were doing was a violation or not.

To avoid litigation, it is critical that one be certain of the original plan source and refuse to be party to any illicit copying or borrowing of designs and design features.

Upon receiving your payment for a TRHD Custom Plan or Stock Plan, a representative will reach out to you to begin the design process.

 Plans ordered from TimberRidgeHomeDesign.com may be refunded within 5 days of purchase or exchanged for another within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Upon designer approval, customer may exchange for a plan within the same collection. Customer will pay 20- 40% of the amount of the original order for re-stocking, plus the difference in cost if exchanging for a higher priced option. Customer will also be responsible for all shipping charges. Reproducibles, Plan Files & PDF’s are not exchangeable under any circumstances due to copyright issues.
